Ever since I was a little girl, I knew that teaching was my calling. So when I landed my first teaching job in 2007, it was a dream come true. Little did I know that while teaching would be one of the most fulfilling things I’ve ever done, it would also be one of the toughest.

It took me several years- (yes, years) to figure out a way to balance all of my priorities as a teacher. But I finally found a way to make it work. By being more intentional with my planning and using intentional materials and resources, I achieved the results I wanted for my students without sacrificing my sanity.

Now, I’m here to share my experience and help other teachers achieve the same balance.

My mission is to help primary teachers tackle their overwhelming to-do lists so they can spend more time doing what they love. I’m all about organization, easy differentiation, and purposeful instruction.
